Bacon?

For some reason, bacon is everywhere lately.  In the past week, almost all of my feeds have mentioned bacon at least with some frequency. People eat bacon in the house. People talk about bacon. BACON BACON BACON. Why has bacon become so infamous?

Allow me to enumerate this for you.

  1. Baconnaise
  2. Bacon Salt
  3. Bacon Ice Cream
  4. Bacon Cutesy Products

I really don’t get it. Maybe we’re having a backlash against vegetarians? Hmph.
